About us

This is a beautiful property located outside Woodinville, about 30 minutes from Redmond, WA. We have a series of waterfalls and ponds, large outside fields, rock walls, and mature landscaping across ten acres of PNW rainforest. Our grounds are great for camping, weddings, photoshoots, or a variety of lifestyle events (naked slave paintball anyone?). We also have lovely interiors suitable for cocktail parties, dinner club parties, small concerts. including a Victorian-inspired dungeon bedroom/bath suite and a Moroccan salon. We offer free meeting space for community events.

Our poly house features a hot tub, a galley kitchen, and a full complement of nerdy gamers, folk musicians, pagan magicians, kinksters, foodies, medieval recreationalists, and techies.

Experience the Victorian dungeon suite
Tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed Victorian-themed bedroom with dungeon play space including custom made grid, matching spanking bench, St. Andrew's Cross, hard points for partial suspensions, and a variety of tie points.
​
The queen-sized bed is a reproduction Victorian ironwork bed with a firm latex mattress. The space features a private entry through a Moroccan salon and exclusive access to a walk through 2-person shower, toilet, and sink, tin ceiling, and sound-proofing.

Room comes with shared access to a galley kitchen next door, Moroccan salon, an outdoor hot tub, and full use of the grounds including trails.
